I have recently changed my computer and have been trying to work out how to install the software on my new computer. I eventually managed to find the order details but there was this description on the page - "The HUP program code associated with this HUP purchase has expired, The install Link and Product Key for this product are no longer accessible.
If you believe this message to be in error please contact customer service. Now I know my employers are still in the scheme because I tried to repurchase the software, but of course was not able to as according to Microsoft I had already purchased it. What can I do?
I can't even remember if I actually backed it up, but even if it did, I don't know if it would work on my new computer. Has anyone got any suggestions for me?
